About Neighbr
Your building's discussion board — with optional official due diligence when you need it.
Our Mission
At Neighbr, we believe Hong Kong renters and buyers should hear from people who actually live in the building before they commit. Maintenance gripes, landlord patterns, and neighborhood context rarely show up in listings — but they matter. We built neighbr as a community-first platform where residents share honest, building-level conversation for free.
When you want deeper certainty, you can optionally order an AI-powered A–F property risk report that pulls live data from the Land Registry, Buildings Department, market comparables, and more — typically in 1–3 minutes. Community is always free; reports are there when you choose them.
How It Works
- Join or browse your building's room — read threads from neighbors and ask questions before you sign.
- Optional: start a property report from your dashboard when you want official data on a specific address.
- Our system queries authoritative HK sources in parallel — Land Registry IRIS, Buildings Department, comparables, news archives, and visual signals.
- A deterministic scoring engine grades Legal Cleanliness, Physical Integrity, and Financial & Social factors.
- You receive a plain-language A–F report with pillar breakdowns — community stays free throughout.
Our Values
Transparency
We surface data that has always existed but was buried. Every flag in a neighbr report cites the exact authoritative source so you can verify it yourself.
Speed
Full risk assessment typically in 1–3 minutes, 24/7. Property decisions wait for no one, and neither should your due diligence.
Accuracy
Real-time data from authoritative HK government sources — never stale cached data. IRIS queries are always live.
Neutrality
We profit only by finding risks. Unlike agents incentivised to close deals, our business model is perfectly aligned with your interests.
