Neighbr Community is a neighborhood discussion space for Hong Kong renters and buyers. By posting or commenting, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

What Community Is (and Is Not)

• Is: Local tips, viewing experiences, questions, and peer discussion tied to your home region, district, or building.
• Is not: Legal advice, official property grades, verified facts, or a substitute for a paid Neighbr property report.

Content in Community does not change Neighbr report scores or official data.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Post only in boards that match your registered home address (region, district, or estate).
• Use accurate flair labels (discussion, viewing tips, buy/sell, report share, question).
• Respect other members; no harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Not post illegal content, spam, scams, or misleading listings.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to a property.

Buy / Sell Listings

Buy/sell posts are peer-to-peer only. Neighbr:

• Does not verify items, prices, sellers, or transaction safety.
• Does not act as an estate agent or escrow.
• Is not liable for disputes between users.

Meet in safe public places and do your own due diligence before paying or exchanging goods.

Moderation

We may remove posts, comments, or accounts that violate these guidelines or applicable law. Super-admins may remove content without notice. You can flag posts in-app for review.

Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

Privacy

Your display name and posts are visible to signed-in Neighbr members. Your home address is stored to enforce board access but is not shown publicly as a full address in feeds.
